After the completion of equipment manufacturing, our company carries out detailed and comprehensive inspection on the equipment quality and performance requirements according to the regulations, and the quality meets the requirements, and issues the product certificate and inspection record.
3. The shelf life of the product is 12 months after normal use from the date of supply. During the warranty period, the products that are confirmed to be caused by manufacturing defects and affect the use of products shall be provided with three guarantees. In case of consequences caused by improper operation, our company will maintain the equipment at the lowest cost. Out of the warranty period, our company provides lifetime warranty for the products, only charging the cost of accessories and travel expenses.

(1) on site service
During the period of product installation, debugging and quality assurance, according to the requirements of the demander, we can send experienced engineers to the site to provide reliable technical services for users
1. During installation and commissioning, send engineers or technicians to the site to guide installation and provide technical services; provide necessary training for users. The company is responsible for solving the deviation between the equipment performance and the original technical requirements due to equipment quality problems, until the requirements are met.
2. Quality guarantee period: send professional engineering and technical personnel to guide the operation; the company only collects travel expenses.
3. Provide free maintenance for users for life. If parts need to be replaced, only parts cost and travel expenses will be charged.

In order to ensure the quality of the project, relevant data such as on-site installation, commissioning and maintenance shall be provided. Ensure timely delivery of relevant technical documents and drawings specified in the tender documents. To provide users with complete equipment installation manual, operation and maintenance manual; to provide users with qualified mechanical and electrical equipment and first-class technical services. Provide detailed technical information of new products to users at any time.

Customers' quality complaints shall be answered within 2 hours; quality accidents shall be handled and arrived at the scene within 48 hours in East China and 5 working days in other areas until the faults are eliminated. Do not remove the fault and do not evacuate.
